You can redeem your points in one of two ways.

  1. Redeem your rewards points for eligible purchases made on Kogan.com. Register your Kogan Money credit card for “Shop with Points” with your Kogan.com account and this option will be available at checkout for eligible purchases.6
  2. Redeem your rewards points for Kogan Money credit card payments made at www.koganmobile.com.au and www.koganinternet.com.au. Login in to your credit card account online or on your mobile app, select the eligible credit card payment and follow the instructions to pay with your rewards points.7

Domestic Cash Advance Fee $5 per transaction amount or 3.5% of the transaction value, whichever is higher, for a Cash Advance, debited to your Account on the Transaction Date. Please note that International Cash Advances will also be charged an International Transaction Fee.
International Cash Advance Fee $5 per transaction amount for a Cash Advance outside of Australia, debited to your Account on the Transaction Date.
International Transaction Fee We charge you an International Transaction Fee of 3.4%, debited to your Account on the Transaction Date, of which a service and assessment fee of 1% is payable by us to Visa, for any Retail Purchase or Cash Advance transaction in:
  • foreign currency once converted to Australian dollars; and/or
  • Australian dollars (or any other currency), when either the merchant or its financial institution/payment processor is located or registered overseas, including transactions that involve dynamic currency conversion (that is where a transaction denominated in a foreign currency is converted to local currency which is a service that is offered by certain ATMs and merchants). The process of conversion and the exchange rates applied will be determined by the relevant ATM, merchant or dynamic currency conversion service provider as the case may be. We do not determine whether a Card transaction will be converted into local currency by the merchant or ATM and you may have to check with the relevant merchant or ATM provider.
Note: It may also not always be clear that the merchant or its financial institution/payment processor is located or registered outside Australia.
Dishonour Fee $15 each time a Direct Debit payment is dishonoured, debited to your Account at the time of dishonour.
Late Payment Fee $30 each time we do not receive the Minimum Payment Due and any Overdue Amount by the Payment Due Date, debited to your Account after the Payment Due Date. The Minimum Payment Due, any Overdue Amount, and Payment Due Date are detailed on your statement of Account.

As the Primary Cardholder, your Kogan.com account will be set up upon approval of your application (if you don’t already have one). You will receive an email requesting that you activate your Kogan.com account and agree to the Kogan.com Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. You can then register for Card Rewards (which will allow you to access your Kogan First membership benefits, use your Rewards Points towards eligible purchases at Kogan.com, and pay for eligible purchases using a fixed payment option when paying with your Kogan Money credit card). To register for Card Rewards, you will need to agree to the Shop with Card Reward Points terms and conditions and Pay using Fixed Payment Options at Kogan.com terms and conditions. You may only enrol one credit card at any time with Shop with Points. To then register for Kogan First Membership, you will need to agree to the Kogan First Terms and Conditions. At the end of the balance transfer period, the interest rate on any outstanding transferred balance will revert to the variable annual percentage rate for cash advances, currently 21.74% p.a. on the Kogan Money Black Card. You must follow the instructions where You are provided with the option to pay for a selected transaction with Your Rewards Points. We will process that credit to Your Account within 2 Business Days. Only the Primary Cardholder is eligible for Pay with Points. The number of points required to redeem for Kogan Money credit card payments made on selected transactions is current as at 2 March 2020, and is subject to change.   8. The 55 days Interest Free Period applies when you pay the full Closing Balance from your last statement of Account by the Payment Due Date (excluding any Fixed Payment Option balance which isn’t due for payment by that Payment Due Date). No interest free period is available on Cash Advances or Balance Transfers. Whilst you have a Balance Transfer you will be charged interest on your daily unpaid balance.
